Ultimate Mind is operated by Ultimate Mind Innovations Inc. This notice explains the limited information involved when you visit the website or choose to schedule a conversation.
Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request, device and network data.
Appointment scheduling is handled on Calendly. Information you enter there is processed under Calendly's privacy practices and may also be provided to Ultimate Mind so the appointment can be arranged.
Share only the basic information needed to arrange the conversation: your name, contact details, professional role and a high-level objective.
Do not submit medical, clinical, diagnosis, trauma, crisis, legal, accounting, investment or other highly sensitive information through the scheduling form.
Booking a conversation does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing consent will be separate and optional.
Ultimate Mind does not currently use behavioural advertising pixels on this website. If privacy-preserving aggregate measurement is enabled, this notice will be updated to describe it before campaign data is collected.
To ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern, email prem@ultimatemind.org. Information may be processed outside Canada by service providers and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
