Privacy Notice

Our hosting provider may process ordinary technical and security information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request, device and network data.

Appointment scheduling is handled on Calendly. Information you enter there is processed under Calendly's privacy practices and may also be provided to Ultimate Mind so the appointment can be arranged.

If you choose an email enquiry link, it opens your email app. Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange a conversation. The website does not submit an enquiry automatically.

Share only the basic information needed to arrange the conversation: your name, contact details, availability and a high-level objective. A professional role is relevant only for an executive coaching enquiry.

Do not submit medical, clinical, diagnosis, trauma, crisis, legal, accounting, investment or other highly sensitive information through an email enquiry or the scheduling form.

Booking a conversation does not by itself subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing consent will be separate and optional.

When configured, optional Plausible analytics counts public page visits and actions, such as opening a booking or email link, only after you choose “Allow optional measurement.” It helps us understand which pages and campaigns are useful. We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry text, private links or individual customer identifiers to Plausible. Campaign labels are limited to labels we use in our own links; other query details are removed. Referring website addresses are reduced to their origin.

You can change your choice using the Privacy choices button. Your choice is saved in local browser storage. Choosing “Only necessary” prevents further optional measurement. Plausible processes analytics in Europe; its aggregate reports do not identify everyone who visits. A booking-link click does not confirm that an appointment was booked.

To ask about access, correction, deletion or another privacy concern, email prem@ultimatemind.org. Information may be processed outside Canada by service providers and is protected with reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.
